Files stay on your device

Most ToolPlaza tools process your content entirely in your browser. Your files and text are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly save them to your account.

What we collect

• Account data — your email, name and password (hashed) when you register.
• Usage & behaviour — which tools you use, settings you choose, and technical metadata (file type and size, not the content), to run daily limits, improve the product and understand demand.
• Content for improvement — only if you explicitly opt in to help improve a specific tool. This is off by default.

How we use data

To provide and secure the service, enforce fair-use limits, analyse and improve our tools, and — where you consent — to train tool-specific models that make our tools smarter over time. We may show ads to support the free service.

Your rights

You can access, export or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing privacy@toolplaza.cloud. You can withdraw consent for analytics or training whenever you like.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with service providers who help us operate (e.g. hosting, analytics) under appropriate safeguards.
