When you build a product, you feel overwhelmed that you have build something.

Anything only you can use is not a product yet. It became product when it enters the market.

When people start using it, when you begin to handle complain, and discover some bugs you and your team did not see. And fix them.

That is when it becomes a real product because people can use it to solve problem and it also generate revenue for the business.
